The Christmas season always seems to be the busiest time of year. Between shopping, parties, family visits, and various other social commitments, our schedules are jam-packed. Finding the time and energy to prepare elaborate treats can be tough, even though we still want to wow our guests!

Well, I’ve got two decadent recipes that take hardly any hands-on time but taste like you spent hours slaving away in the kitchen! Meet your new best friends: no-bake Baileys Irish cream cheesecake and sticky toffee sauce!

These puddings come together quickly with just a bit of mixing, pouring, and chilling. The cheesecake filling uses cream cheese, icing sugar,  Baileys liqueur, and of course, Mawley double cream. Simply blend, pour into a digestive biscuit base, and refrigerate – done! The sticky toffee sauce is just a quick  – whip up a sweet, gooey buttery-brown sugar sauce to pour over ice cream, sponge cake, cheesecake – and anything else that takes your fancy, made with just 3 ingredients!

Despite being fast and relatively foolproof, these recipes are super tasty and your guests will think you have been slaving in the kitchen for hours! Their richness and flavors certainly won’t give away just how simple preparing them was. Happy (easy) baking!
